1 Can I travel into a designated red zone (3 identified regions in France, or Italy) with one of your vehicles?


We are not implementing any travel restrictions for our vehicles, but the client must comply with the conditions of his car hire (please refer to the Terms & Conditions). Customers should follow local authority guidance or travel restrictions.


2 Can I move through any country of the European Union with this vehicle? Do I have to inform you which ?

Customers should follow local authority guidance or travel restrictions. Our standard policy & charges for one-way hires for drop off in different offices/countries applies.


3 Am I sure I won't be contaminated by renting one of your vehicles. Do you put in place a special preparation of the vehicles?


All our vehicles are cleaned before hire and we have implemented additional cleaning measures including sanitising surfaces within the vehicle.


4 What kind of prevention do you have for your staff dealing with clients from many countries?


We have advised our staff to follow all guidance from the local government and health authorities regarding preventive measures.


5 I have been infected or quarantined. How I manage the return of the car?


If you cannot return the car after the rental period has expired, contact us at https://www.goldcar.es/en/atencionCliente/ to organize the return of your vehicle.


6 Do you have any insurance that covers cancellations in case of force majeure or contingencies as confinement?

We have adapted the conditions to deliver you the best services, and the majority of our rates will benefit from free of charge cancellation until your pick-up time for rentals until 31st of May. Our non-refundable Crazy Offers will be maintained as they are, in order to provide you with full freedom to choose what best answers your needs.
