What will happen if I fail to pick-up my car (no show)?

We understand your plans can change and that is why we apply a very flexible cancellation policy. Nevertheless cancellation fees will apply for late cancellations. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- No cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled 2 hours before the collection time.
- If you paid for your booking online and the reservation is cancelled less than 2 hours before the collection time or if you do not cancel and you do not collect the vehicle, the prepaid amount will be refunded less a “no show” fee of up to 5 days of rental.

We therefore recommend that you cancel your booking as early as possible if your plans change, so that we can reimburse you in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
