The deposit has not yet been unblocked from my bank account. When will I be reimbursed?

Once you have returned the vehicle and the verification has been completed, the deposit will either be taken if there are any additional rental charges or released back to your bank account. Timescales for this money to reach your account may vary depending on your bank, and we advise you to contact your bank in the case of delay.
