What happens if i do not collect my vehicle?

If you paid for your booking online, and you do not collect your vehicle, and you did not cancel the booking in accordance with our cancellation rules, the prepaid amount will be refunded less a “no show” fee of up to five days of rental. We therefore recommend that you cancel your booking as early as possible if your plans change, so that we can reimburse you in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
